  • Maintenance Mania

    Maintenance Mania consists of several skill-based games based on common maintenance activities and a racecar competition. Each RP Region is divided into teams while colleagues of the participants join in to cheer.

  • Managers Meeting

    This yearly meeting helps prepare our Property Managers for the upcoming budget season. This involves number-crunching, attention to detail, and making informed decisions about fund allocation for all of our properties.

  • Employee of the Month

    Andice Perez, the Lead Technician at Hilltop Apartments was awarded Employee of the Month for December 2025. “Andice is proactive, dependable, and never hesitates to step in when needed. 

  • Team Building

    Six teams of eight RP employees focus on increasing their collaboration and problem-solving skills all while building festive gingerbread houses. Everyone voted and a People’s Choice award was given.

  • Squad Goals Award

    The Villages of Lancaster Green was recognized as the team that exemplifies true collaboration and teamwork. With seamless communication, mutual support, and shared success, they set the perfect example of what a winning squad looks like! 

  • MM Car Races

    Maintenance Mania consists of several skill-based games based on common maintenance activities and a race car competition. Participants build their race cars prior to the event, aiming to have the fastest and most creative car built out of maintenance supplies.

  • First Impression Award

    Tabitha Jones from Buttonwood Gardens was recognized as making an unforgettable impact on others from the very start! Through confidence, kindness, professionalism, and pure charisma, her presence sets a positive tone and leaves a lasting mark on everyone she meets.

  • RP's Holiday Gala

    Everyone dressed “to the nines” for our Gala! This annual event celebrated our employees’ contributions to RP success with awards, prizes, and a delicious lunch. This year’s event was held at Bear Creek Mountain Resort in Macungie, PA.
