Established in 1994, RP Management, Inc.'s mission is to provide professional and efficient management for residential apartment communities. Each RP Management community employs on-site staff, including leasing consultants and maintenance personnel, dedicated to providing high level service and maintaining resident satisfaction. As an owner-operator, RP Management concentrates on long-term ownership and continual growth while offering high quality apartment living for its residents. I have been living at Mayfair Manor for 3.5 years now. I tremendously enjoy living on Skyline Drive because it is quiet, the property is well kept and I have friendly neighbors. Moreover, the property management team replies quickly to my questions and requests. The gentlemen who do the repairs are polite and friendly. They diligently answer all my questions. Mayfair Manor offers all the advantages I could have wished for: supermarkets, the gym and shops are close by. Also, I can get downtown very quickly, in about 10 minutes. I feel that I enjoy the advantages of living downtown without having to deal with parking issues.

"Top Notch Commuter Location! Cedar Park Community has everything you need to feel at home while easing your access to Route 78. The staff is awesome and they do a great job of making this an excellent community to live in. Great place to call home when you work in New Jersey, but don't want to pay New Jersey prices!! "Not being from this area, it was somewhat a challenge deciding where to live. My husband and I have been here a little over a year, and choosing Springside Manor has been the best decision! It's not too far from things, but at the same time far enough especially from the city. It's quiet and full of friendly people. Rent is very reasonable. I also like the fact that it suits anybody. If you're single, married, kids, or retired, pets or no pets, Springside Manor is very welcome and has a really good mix. If you need help, maintenance is there and quick! so if you're looking for an apartment that sounds like the above, then this is your place!"
