Since its inception in 1992, Rodman investors and principals have invested $331.4 million of equity to acquire 13,170 units across 98 individual properties.  The existing portfolio consists of 64 properties with 7,128 units, including three new construction expansion communities and a 50,000 square foot commercial/retail project, representing $258.9 million of investor equity.  Sold transactions included 34 properties with 6,042 units representing $72.5 million of investor equity.
