Established in 1994, RP Management, Inc.'s mission is to provide professional and efficient management for residential apartment communities. Each RP Management community employs on-site staff, including leasing consultants and maintenance personnel, dedicated to providing high level service and maintaining resident satisfaction. As an owner-operator, RP Management concentrates on long-term ownership and continual growth while offering high quality apartment living for its residents. S. Michael Cohen
President

Founded Rodman Properties in 1992. Mr. Cohen oversees all of RP’s investment activity and operations and serves as RP’s General Partner. Mr. Cohen has an extensive background in real estate acquisitions and management. Prior to forming Rodman Properties, he worked as an acquisition analyst and asset manager for the Dover Group, Ltd., a national real estate investment and management company. While at the Dover Group, Mr. Cohen was responsible for assembling and monitoring a real estate portfolio in excess of 1,000 units located throughout the country. He received his BA from Northwestern University and his Master’s Degree in Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Lorinda Willner
Vice President of Property Management

Joined Rodman Properties in 2001. Ms. Willner oversees all property management operations and leasing strategies. She is the primary contact for the regional and specialty management teams and oversees performance reporting functions. Ms. Willner also oversees the budgeting process across the entire RP portfolio. Ms. Willner earned her BA in Music Performance/Cello from Millersville University.

Heidi Schannauer
Director of Operations

Joined Rodman Properties in 2001. Ms. Schannauer plans, monitors, and reports on property capital improvement projects as they relate to asset strategy and lender requirements. She is also responsible for serving as internal technology expert for all RP operating systems. Ms. Schannauer pursued her BS in Accounting at Albright College.

Eric Meese
Director of Maintenance

Joined Rodman Properties in 1997. Mr. Meese is responsible for arranging all construction projects and related vendor contracts. He manages RP’s roaming maintenance team and provides advice to on-site personnel relating to technical maintenance issues. Mr. Meese is a graduate of the Wilkes-Barre Vocational/Technical School where he studied electrical construction.

Paul W. Mizak
Director of Acquisitions

Joined Rodman Properties in 2003. Mr. Mizak has primary responsibility for sourcing property acquisitions with a particular emphasis on non-brokered transactions in RP’s central Pennsylvania markets. Mr. Mizak spearheads a variety of underwriting functions and serves as RP’s primary contact for property expansion opportunities. Mr. Mizak is also the HUD relationship manager with regard to RP’s Section 8 portfolio. He earned a BA in Business and Economics from Lafayette College.

Michael M. Beer
Director of Investor Relations

Joined Rodman Properties 2010. Mr. Beer manages the equity procurement process with existing and prospective RP investors. In addition, he generates property analysis and performance communications. Mr. Beer became active in the Private Investment sector in 1994 with Philadelphia-based CMS Companies where he worked until 2000. Prior to joining RP, Mr. Beer participated as a Principal in numerous private real estate and business transactions. He became exclusively involved in the private multi-family sector in 2005. He received his BA from Clark University and his MBA from New York University.

Jonathan H. Chattley
Chief Financial Officer

Joined Rodman Properties in 2016. Mr. Chattley is responsible for overseeing the accounting, treasury, payroll, accounts payable, collections, insurance and IT functions. Prior to joining RP, Mr. Chattley was the Controller for PRG Real Estate, a national owner and operator of multi-family properties. Mr. Chattley received his BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Masters in Taxation from Philadelphia University. Mr. Chattley is a Certified Public Accountant.

Wendy Stabulis
Treasurer

Joined Rodman Properties in 1999. Ms. Stabulis is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of all operating and partnership level bank accounts. In addition, she serves as the primary contact with RP's various bank relationships and coordinates the movement of funds for transactions and investor distributions.  Ms. Stabulis received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Delaware County Community College.

Megan E. Muller
Controller

Joined Rodman Properties in 2001. Ms. Muller has primary responsibility for partnership level accounting and manages RP's internal bookkeeping team.  In addition, Ms. Muller generates investor and other special project performance reports.  Ms. Muller earned a BA in Public Administration from St. Joseph's University's Haub School of Business.

Wendy Ross
Director of Human Resources

Joined Rodman Properties in 2014. Ms. Ross manages RP’s Human Resources functions and policies. She is responsible for recruitment and performance oversight. Ms. Ross received her BA from Washington University in St. Louis and her MSW from the University of Pennsylvania.
