its history. On the acquisition front, we have targeted bank foreclosures and
mismanaged assets—all of which have suffered from physical neglect.
We have completed over $15 million in rehabilitation projects ranging from
replacing roofs, windows, parking lots, and heating systems to upgrading apartments, designing drainage systems, and overseeing mold remediation. Based on our extensive exposure to 40+ year old buildings, there are very few physical problems that we have not encountered and solved.
Due to the substantial number of properties we manage, RP Management can offer services and savings not available from other companies. We have negotiated discounts with suppliers and tradespeople in various areas that result in volume cost savings. These savings are passed directly on to the properties under our care.
