The Training Specialists are responsible for all aspects of training on-site personnel in accordance with RP Management’s policies and procedures. This includes all areas of responsibility regarding marketing, leasing, accounting, data entry, administrative, maintenance, and asset management. In addition, the Training Specialists will assist in the development and presentation of group training seminars as scheduled.

Attaining a thorough understanding of RP Management’s policies and procedures; |

Acquiring a complete understanding of each property and the salient differences affecting them; |

Traveling on a daily and extended-leave basis throughout the property portfolio within the travel guidelines of RP Management; |

Identifying training needs at each property and developing strategies to meet those needs; |
| • |
Documenting, tracking, and fairly communicating the progress of individuals in training to the appropriate supervisor as well as the Director of Asset Management; |

Providing support services to the properties as needed. This will include marketing, leasing, and administrative support as well as asset management and staff supervision; |

Assisting the Director of Asset Management in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures; |

Assisting in the resolution of resident, vendor, and personnel issues as directed; |

Working with all personnel within the RP Management structure to ensure smooth operations of the properties; and |
| • |
Conducting periodic file reviews, budget analysis, and property inspections to ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures. |
