S. Michael Cohen has an extensive background in real estate management. Since founding Rodman Properties, Inc., an affiliate of RP Management, Inc., in 1992, Mr. Cohen has negotiated the acquisition of over 6,400 apartment units. He is responsible for the oversight of RP Management, including major operating and financing decisions.

Prior to forming Rodman Properties, Mr. Cohen worked as an acquisitions analyst and asset manager for the Dover Group, Ltd., a national real estate investment and management company. While at the Dover Group, Mr. Cohen was responsible for assembling and monitoring a real estate portfolio in excess of 1,000 units located throughout the country.

Mr. Cohen received his BA from Northwestern University and his Masters Degree in Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill..
